Garbanzo Bean Chocolate Cake (Gluten Free!)

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2012
This was an excellent cake, but I did serve it as brownies. It was much easier to serve as the cake seemed to fall apart when slicing. I made this recipe twice. Both times I did the recipe exactly as written, but the second time I did process the beans first a little longer and then added the eggs. That seemed to make the beans less noticable for me. I took this to my sons house for desert and my 3 year old granddaughter just loved the brownies.

Best Marinara Sauce Yet

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2009
This was the best marinara sauce ever. I just used diced tomatoes and added a little more garlic. It had a great taste. My husband said it was a nice change from the meat and sausage I usually make.

Enchilada Casserole II

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2009
I made this last weekend and it was a hit. I followed SunflowerMom's review and used Taco seasoning, didn't use tomato paste, added black beans, and a small can of corn. It was really good and will make it many more times.

This was the best turkey breast I've ever made. It was sooo moist and easy. Made this Thursday and went and bought another turkey breast so I can make it again. Bravo!

Linguine with Chicken and Sauteed Vegetables

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2009
This was another one of the best recipes I've tried at Allrecipes. It was easy to make and delicious. My husband thought it was great and has asked me to make it again. I did use the low sodium soy sauce and it tasted great.

Italian Sausage Soup

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2009
This was a great soup. I loved it, my husband loved it. I made a few additions to the recipe. I added black beans and cannelli beans with the great northern beans and I added orzo too. Also added kale with the spinach. A little extra garlic didn't hurt. Will make this many more times. It was fantastic.
