Quick Sun-Dried Tomato and Basil Hummus

This recipe sounded very tasty, but in fact I found it had too much basil and not enough olive oil and next time (if there is a next time) I will add more sundried tomatoes and cheese because it was pretty bland other than the extreme basil-y after taste. Even with chips, or pita, it is hard for me to enjoy. thnx anyways!

Chocolate Orange Truffles

AMAZING! If you're a chocoholic like I am, you will not be disapointed. Sadly I only managed to eat 2 from my first batch because my family snarfled them all up! I made 3 batches in one week: one for a party, one for dessert with my parents, and one just for me! every time they are made, it's a big hit. thank you very much for this delicious truffle recipe!

Mango Sorbet

this was an okay recipe. after reading the reviews i got excited that i had finally found a good recipe for a mango sorbet, but it wasn't as good as i had hoped. my brother refused to finish it because he said he tasted the lime more than the mango (he hates limes..), even though i did what the recipe suggested(only 2 tsps actually). next time i will try a different fruit and see what happens, or put lemon juice to 'zest it up' instead of lime. thnx for the recipe anyways! :)

Kitchen Sink Cookies

A very tasty morsel, I had no vanilla or butterscotch chips so I added some peanut butter chips instead. They turned out perfect and I didn't have to bake them longer than suggested. Thank you for the recipe! They are amazing :)

Vegan Cheesecake

This definately tasted like a custard and the texture was all wrong. Next time (if there is a next time) I will use firm tofu because there was way too much moisture, even when I drained and pressed the tofu. It did taste good, especially with kiwis and strawberries, but it felt more like a breakfast food to me-i would never have labelled it cheesecake.

Melt In Your Mouth Blueberry Cake

I loved this cake so much, and apparently my family did as well because it was gone fairly quickly. Fresh blueberries taste wonderful, I prefer them to frozen blueberries when adding them in the batter. The only thing I would change is the time that the cake is in the oven. I had to keep it in 5 mins longer than suggested, because the center was not fully cooked. Other than that, it was sweet and simply scrumptious!
