Double Chocolate Brownie Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2010
This was pretty good. I made it in a silicone bundt pan and it took longer to bake and may have over baked a little. I did not want to do that (over bake it) but it didn't seem done. I made the satiny chocolate glaze and I think that really made it! It looked very presentable too! It was moist and very chocolaty. I used mini choc. chips. I am a frosting or icing girl so that's the reason for 4 stars I definitely recommend the choc. satiny glaze ! Thanks

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2009
I just had to try these, and the first time I made them I used half c. white and a half c. brown sugar, came out great. The second time I did the same with the sugar, but doubled the recipe and added a pkg. of chocolate chips, EVEN BETTER!! They held together fine. I flatten mine with a sugared glass. Peanut butter and chocolate yumm! Next time I want to try adding the vanilla. Like most cookies don't over bake and let cool on the cookie sheet for a few minutes before removing. I really had my doubts but so glad I tried it!! Thanks!! :)

Meatloaf Cordon Bleu

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2009
Although I don't eat beef I had to taste it! It smelled so good! It was very good.I added some green pepper, Ms.dash, garlic and a small can of tomato sauce. I used white cheddar and Italian cheese (it's what I had) and very good too! I also covered with foil for the first 50 min. then uncovered for 30 min. It was moist and very flavorful. My family loved it, it was easy to make and it's a keeper!! Thanks for sharing :)

Roasted Vegetable Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2009
This was pretty good! I added a little ground red pepper as I like that flavor with zucchini and tomatoes. I also used vegetable broth and added roasted celery and cannellini beans. I broke up some tortilla chips and added to my bowl for some crunch (before they got soggy ha). My adult son sad it was ok. He said it would be good with Italian sausage in it,(kind of defeats the purpose of veggie soup ha)It hit the spot it was 18 below here today!
