French Silk Chocolate Pie II
I use evaporated cane sugar for everything and it is a wee bit grainy. To get around the grainy thing, I toss th sugar in the food processor for a whirl or 5 and that takes care of that! I also doubled the amount of cocoa powder for this wonderful pie. I totally disagree with the reviewer that claims this pie is not for chocolate lovers as it turns out smooth,,thick and tasty! Just what this chocolate fiend needs!

Corn and Black Bean Salad
We really like this one.. I don't love, love, love, Balsamic vinegar so I actually toss in 1 can of garbanzo beans and about 1 hour before time to eat it-I add 1 cup of whole wheat rotini. There have yet to be any leftovers!

Cheese and Chive Crisps
My son found this recipe and wanted to try it with his first harvest of chives. We love it and have been using it at all of our dinner parties this summer. I do use a tablespoon of whatever hot sauce I have on hand for a little extra zing. Thanks for sharing this great appetizer!
