I made these tonight and they were a huge success. I used baby carrots. I think I will use a little cornstarch as another reviewer suggested to help the sauce stick more to the carrots. Can't wait to have them again!

Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie

I have fixed this several times. I reduce sugar to 3/4 cup and followed the advice of other reviewers and layer the chocolate chips on the bottom of the pie shell. It works fine without the bourbon. I bake for 60 minutes. It it easy and delicious!

Three Cheese Manicotti II

We fixed today as one of the items for our Christmas dinner. I cooked the noodles for 4 minutes and used a large bag to fill them with the cheese mixture. Everyone enjoyed it. I will definitely make it again and may add some spinach next time.

Slow Cooker Pineapple Pork Roast

I made it exactly as the recipe was written and it turned out very moist and with great flavor! My husband couldn't stop saying "mmmm" with each bite. I just dumped it all in the crock pot and that was it. This will be great to serve to company.

Macaroni and Cheese V

This turned out well. I used Panko bread crumbs and loved how that turned out. I used evaporated milk and had no problem with it thickening. Next time I will probably use additional cheese at my family's request. I will definitely make it again.
