I took frozen breaded haddock, and put it into the pizza oven. We made the yogurt sauce, decreasing the cayenne. In addition, I made a simple tomato salsa: tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeno, onion, vinegar, lime juice, & sugar. The combination was heavenly. I also made a mango salsa. Both salsas with the yogurt sauce was delicious. We do not like corn tortillas, so we served it with flour tortillas, and lettuce (no cabbage). It was quick, easy, and amazing. Why fuss with the mess! A pizza oven gives it a nice crisp on both sides, unlike the conventional oven. I have left over sauce, and salsa. Can't wait to try it with blackened tuna and grilled salmon.
