Carrot Cake III

Great recipe. I did it with gneebeanie's corrections and walnuts instead of pecans, and it came out very moist and tasty.

Cuban-Style Yucca

This came out really well, though I doubled the amount of lemon juice and added the same amount of lime juice for added acidity, as I tend to like my food more sour.

Lemon Square Bars

This is a great recipe. I like my lemon squares VERY lemony though, so I added some lemon zest to the crust, and only added a cup and a half of sugar to the lemon custard part. It came out great.

Key Lime Pie I

This is a great recipe. The filling is wonderful, light, creamy, and full of limey goodness. It took about twice as long to bake though.

Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread

The bread came out rather well. I substituted in a cup and a half of whole wheat flour and used butter instead of margarine.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Nut Muffins

Great recipe. I tried it the other week (with SukeyNY's alterations, though it could use a bit more salt still) and it made for amazing muffins (though I didn't use any of the nuts, added more chocolate chips instead).

Never Fail Pie Crust II

This is the best pie crust recipe I've encountered. I like to keep a few tupperware containers of it in the freezer for emergencies. I tend to use butter instead of shortening though, as I'm more likely to have it in the house.

Pizza Dough I

This is a wonderful dough. I like to add basil, rosemary, and thyme to the dough to give it a bit more flavour (especially since I don't use sauce when I make pizza, instead doing a thin layer of tomatoes under the cheese). It also works wonderfully for focaccia bread with a bit of honey, garlic, and onions mixed in.
