This is a wonderful dough. I like to add basil, rosemary, and thyme to the dough to give it a bit more flavour (especially since I don't use sauce when I make pizza, instead doing a thin layer of tomatoes under the cheese). It also works wonderfully for focaccia bread with a bit of honey, garlic, and onions mixed in.
