Pepperoncini Beef

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2011
Really nice recipe as is if you like some heat. I didn't serve it to my adult son who just cannot take heat, but my husband and I thoroughty enjoyed it on sub rolls with melted Provolone. Another thanks to the reviewer who suggested Quesadillas from leftovers. I amped up the heat a bit with these using spicy refried beans and medium hot salsa. Breaking a sweat but loving it!! Thanks for a terrific recipe

This is delicious!! Between the feta cheese and the garlic=lemon mayo the sandwich has a really nice bright taste.

Taco Seasoning I

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2012
This is so good!!! I had my husband put it together while I browned beef for the Tacos. Nice kick from the red pepper flakes. I added cornstarch per a previous review. Much better than the packaged stuff.

Deviled Crab Cakes on Mixed Greens with Ginger-Citrus Vinaigrette

Reviewed: May 16, 2011
My first try ever making crab cakes. These are delicious. What a nice bit of heat from the ginger, cayenne and jalapeno. I struggled with the cooking process but that's inexperience. Used 2 spatulas for turning and removing from the pan. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is that I had to add a LOT more lemon juice to the vinaigrette. Next time I'd use 1/4 cup of oil instead of 3/4. Personal taste....
