Zucchini Cornbread

definitely use yellow summer squash if the eaters are picky about green flecks in their cornbread. I freeze shredded yellow squash just for baking.

Fabulous Fargozas

as really good. I only had ground rosemary, not the dried "stemmy" rosemary, so I used 2 teaspoons instead of a tablespoon and it was still too much. Next time I'll use one teaspoon - still very good and I will make them again! Thanks for a new recipe.

Easy Home Made Tomato Soup

Add no salt until soup is finished, then adjust for personal taste. If the tomato sauce has salt in it, and the broth has salt in it, it may be too salty. Also, I think 2 tsp. sugar makes it taste more like the canned version. I also like beef broth!

This is GREAT if you are wanting a glaze or icing for brownies as the contributor suggested. I did add a little corn syrup for sheen, but the consistency is wonderful.

Panamanian Gingerbread (Yiyimbre)

Are there supposed to be eggs in this recipe??? Mine came out flat as a pancake and dense as a brick and slightly scorched 34 minutes in the oven. Is the temperature correct??? Very disappointed. Having guests tomorrow and meal is Panamanian themes after a trip to Bouquete with a group. Bummer.
