Orange Chicken Stir Fry

This was very good but without these adjustments it's not as filling or as good. I used half the chicken, but added a cup of combined shredded carrots and broccoli. I also doubled the sauce otherwise their wouldn't have been enough for the 4 of us. I served on top of rice instead of noodles and it tasted better. With these additions it was very good and even my picky daughter enjoyed it.

Taco Bake

All I have to say is Yum! I added some olives and diced tomatoes, but even without it would be good. Perfect meal for a cold night! And it makes a ton!

Firefighter's Favorite Chocolate Chip Cookie

I have tried several chocolate chip cookie recipes on here and these were by far the best cookies I or my family has ever tasted. The dough is simply delicious! I have switched around and tried different chip combos like white chocolate and mint and they are all so good. I made a bunch yesterday and between my neighbours and family they are already gone. Some advice though make sure you do put them straight on the cooling rack after don't let them set. Thank You for putting this up my search is over!!! I will never buy cookies again !

Swiss Chicken

I made this in the crock pot and it came out watery and gross. I tried it again another night in a roasting pan and it turned out wonderful! So in the crock pot 1 star, but in a roasting pan 5!

Sloppy Joes II

This is the easiest sloppy joe recipe I've ever come across and it's yummy too. I cut the brown sugar in half only because I'm not a huge sweets person, but other than that it was perfect how it was already.

Chinese Egg Soup

This is a great easy soup to make. It's a great soup to make when you are sick and has ingredients I always have in it so no need to make a special trip to the store. Perfect cold/flu soup.

Creamy Chicken

Tuna Noodle Casserole II

This is a great recipe with a few must do changes so that's why I gave it 4 stars. Instead of cream of celery I used 2 cream of mushroom then put in 1 cup celery. I also used shredded cheese instead of sliced, but I added the cheese on for the last 10 minutes. I then put the chips on top of the cheese for the last 10 minutes as well otherwise it gets all soggy. After the adjustments though it is a great dish that my family asks for again and again.

Mashed Potato Soup

This was an excellent dish. I do have a few must try's for it though. Use half the milk and add a bit of cornstarch. Also, use some cheddar and sour cream flavored instant potatoes. I also used onion powder instead of an actual onion. It was fantastic my whole family had seconds and my daughter had thirds!

Banana Bread - Quick Bread for Machines

This was really good! It wasn't too sweet and just enough flavor. I found it to be a lovely breakfast bread to go with my coffee. If you have a larger bread maker like that makes double loafs double the recipe as it doesn't make a big loaf.
