Mulligatawny Soup I
GREAT Recipe!!! I've made it seriously at least every week!! Even the kids like it!! I've actually tweaked it by omitting the heavy cream...and I like my soup not as thick so I cook the rice separately and pour broth over rice or else the rice in the soup will make it too thick? My kids didn't really like the apples in it so I actually chop up some small potatoes instead to give it more texture substance...Love the flavor of the curry...YUM. I usually end of tripling this recipe b/c I can eat it for a couple of days in a role! YUM!! Thanks for sharing!!!

Baked Ziti I
LOVED this recipe!! Soooo easy and everyone says it's DELISH! Was a huge hit with the kids and adults alike! Love that it makes enough for a large casserole pan and some left over for a little one...Perfect to take to a party etc...The only thing I did differently after reading all the suggestions...was I mixed the cooked ziti with the sauce...THEN I layered as suggested. Also I accidently omitted the sour cream once and it tasted fine! So in actuality b/c I'm not a huge sour cream person, I use a very thin layer..maybe 1/2-3/4c of a cup instead of the recommended 1 1/2 cups. Thanks for the amazing recipe!! A staple in our family now!

Coffee Butter Frosting
Thanks so much! Great easy recipe! I doubled the recipe since I was making a layered 9 inch chocolate cake. And I added more coffee b/c we are coffee lovers here and I could barely taste it in the original recipe. Also...it helped to thin it out more...my frosting was really thick initially...But turned out great and had plenty of frosting left over.
