Very good! Used yogurt and oli like called for, but instead of 1/2 cup oil, used 1/4 and then added 1/4 cut reduced fat sour cream, just to make it a tiny bit healthier. Now, after combining everything, I found the batter too dense. To make it a creamier consistency, I threw in one more egg and some extra sour cream. Then it appeared more like the muffin batters I am used to.
I would recommend using MINI chocolate chips just so that the chocolate gets distributed throughout each muffin better. Loved the way those worked here!
