Chocolate Orange Fudge

This is awesome fudge! It tastes like a Cadbury Chocolate orange! I added a tsp vanilla extract, a 1/2 tsp orange extract and 2 Tblsps of butter. Delicious!

Creamy Parmesan Mashed Potatoes

I made these today. They really weren't that spectacular. I couldn't taste the chicken broth flavor at all and they tasted way too sour creamy.

I made this in a prepared Graham Cracker Crust to save time. My colleagues at work loved it! A staff member had suggested I make it, so I found this recipe. I did use 4 Tablespoons cornstarch. It held even when sliced! I was hoping it wouldn't be a puddle when I cut into it. I definitely recommend using Watkins Vanilla. It really adds a ton of flavor!

Creamy Chicken Risotto

This was a good recipe. It was a great way to use some left over rotisserie chicken I had saved. Adjustments I made: I used a can of diced carrots, chicken boullion with two cups of water instead of the can of broth and 3/4 c water, some left over fried onions instead of green onions and I used minute rice instead of regular rice to speed it up. Very versatile. I will definitely make again!

Quick Mix Spritz

Superb! I used butter flavored shortening and everything else the same. They are delicious and have great texture: soft and delicate and they melt in your mouth!

Butter Snow Flakes

These were the best spritz cookies! The flavor was phenomenal! We had to add just a little more milk to get them to press nicely, but once we did everything went smoothly. Pampered Chef cookie press is the only way to go. My coworkers asked for more!

Amish White Bread

Simple and fool-proof! I halved the recipe and made it in my bread machine... however my bread machine was just a bit too small. Delicious bread, though!
