Yummy, gooey, fudgy and easy too! I doubled the recipe to make a 9x13 pan instead. And used my own frosting recipe as well. Thanks for sharing :)

Steak with Marsala Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2010
This sauce is absolutely delicious! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I made a few simple changes. 1. I doubled the sauce ingredients and trippled the water. 2. I caramelized the onion in a bit of butter then added the mushrooms, it creates a rich yummy flavor. 3. I made the sauce and kept it warm while the steaks were cooking since the steak cooks so fast. 4. Just in case anyone was wondering you broil on High (the recipe doesn't specify). Over all very delicious recipe. Thanks for sharing!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2009
I've never been super comfortable baking bread but these looked so good I had to try them. I couldn't be happier about the outcome, this recipe is absolutely delicious. I don't have a bread machine so I followed other reviewers instructions on how to get the dough made, and it worked perfectly. I disolved yeast in warm milk (110-115 degrees) for 10 min then added it to a stand mixer with the sugar, and mixed that as I added the butter, eggs, sugar, and salt. Then I added flour 1 cup at a time untill the dough was pulling away from the sides of the bowl. I Turned it out onto a floured surface and kneaded dough untill elastic. Put dough in a lightly greased bowl covered with a damp cloth and put in heated but turned off oven. Let rise for 1 hour or untill doubled in size. Then I followed the remaining instructions on the original recipe. I also added a Tbsp. or two of milk to the frosting to get it the right consistencey. Thanks for such an amazing recipe. I will definately be making these again.
