Fluffy Pancakes

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2011
These pancakes are fantastic! Tall and fluffy just like the title says. My Husband said they were the best I've ever made. Couldnt be more simple and use everything you already have on hand. Never buy boxed mix again!

Honey Glazed Ham

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2010
This was very tasty! Made for a very tender, flavorful ham! I used an 8 pound spiral cut ham and still cut the recipe in half and had plenty of glaze! I would definitely make this again.

We LOVED this! It was delish! My Husband thought it sounded odd but he really enjoyed it! Next time I would just add a bit more horseradish because we didnt taste it much. But even still it was awesome, I wish we would have had leftovers!

Honeyed Pork Chops

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2010
This was quite good. We enjoyed the asian type flavor and it was simple and easy to make. Served it with brown rice and broccoli. Only negative I can say was it made a whole lot of sauce that never really thickened up at all. But good flavor!

Clark's Quiche

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2010
This was excellent! The first quiche I've ever made and probably the best I've ever had! Great flavor and even better the next day! I froze one for later as theres just 2 of us. I did leave out the mushrooms because I dont care for them at all but otherwise followed the recipe as written. Next time I think I will bake the crusts for a few minutes to get the bottom more crisp. Great recipe!

Grilled Lemon Herb Pork Chops

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2010
We enjoyed these...good flavor but not over powering. Very simple, easy marinade. Put it together in the morning and let them marinade all day. I did use olive oil instead of vegetable oil and bone in pork chops because thats what I had on hand. Dont really think it made a difference. I will definitely make these again.

Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2010
This frosting is very good! Not sickly sweet and plenty of peanut butter flavor. I used JIF All Natural pb. and it didnt turn out oily at all. It wasn't quite as fluffy as I was expecting but still very good and I had no problems spreading it over a pan of brownies. Yum! I did make the recipe exactly as written as well.

Creamy Chicken and Rice

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2009
This was great cold weather comfort food! I used lite sour cream and 1% milk and it was still very rich and creamy. I also added a little cheddar cheese and some mixed veggies to make it more of a complete meal. Served it with biscuits. It was delicious! I will definitely make this again!

Pork Chops and Scalloped Potatoes

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2009
These were very good and ended up being the most tender, fall apart pork chops I have ever had! I did make some changes-I made this dish in the crock pot. I put the pork chops on the bottom and potatoes over top and it kept the pork chops so moist. I also browned the pork chops as directed but seasoned them with garlic powder, seasoned salt, pepper, and onion poweder. It turned out delicous this way!

Roast Pork with Maple and Mustard Glaze

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2009
My Husband and I really enjoyed this recipe. The flavor was very good. I did reduce the sauce a bit before adding to the roast and baking. I also reserved a little to add at the very end. I think next time I may try making this in the crock pot like some others suggested. Will difinetly make again!

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2008
This soup is definitely good comfort food! I used turkey that I had leftover instead of chicken. Just be careful not to let your noodles get overdone and mushy...they really dont take long at all.

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

My Husband and I really enjoyed these, they were quite tasty. Also very easy to make. We are garlic lovers so I did leave the garlic in the pan to cook with the pork chops.

After-Christmas Turkey Potpie

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2008
This recipe was very tasty! I used a can and a half of mushroom soup and as others said it still wasnt very "gravyish". But it was yummy and we enjoyed it. I also used a mixture of corn, peas, green beans and carrots because thats how my Husband and I like it. Will definitely be making it again.
