Pastry for Double-Crust Pie

Very good crust, refridgerating makes all the differece. Although I only did it for 2 hours-I couldn't wait for my peach pie:) I just used 2/3 "I cant belive its not butter" for cooking and baking(sticks not tub butter)turned out perfectly!

Freezer Peach Pie Filling

AWSOME AWSOME AWSOME PIE:) I wouldnt be cooking if I didnt alter it at ALL though-i just cant leave well enough alone lol. SO as previously suggested up the peaches to 4 cups, toss in lemon juice to prevent browning-no need to buy fresh fruit preserver. I also threw in a dash of cinnamon and a splash of vanilla(I know-such exact amounts)and 1/2 tbs more of cornstarch and tapioca just because I uped the amount of peaches.

Scones

I woke up looking for a quick and easy scone recipe for my homemade blueberry jam and this was it! Very tasty as is- however next time I'll probably throw in a little cinnamon as some others suggested if I eat them plain.

Green Rice I

Kinda plain tasting to me, but my boyfriend loved it so... I did change it up a little too though. I used mozzarella and fontina cheese instead which I would have thought would be something for more flavor.

Alternative Baked Salmon

Tasted good, turned out great. I added the extra mayo like suggested, made it not as crunchy as I'd like. Next time I'll follow recipie to the tee:)

Key Lime Pie VII

Awsome recipe!!! I got so many compliments on this pie at my company's christmas party. I used somewhere between 1/2 and 3/4 c. key lime juice (only because I ran out of limes to squeeze) but it still turned out great!
