Honey Glazed Ham

This was a good recipe to do but whew, I halved the 1/4 cup of cloves! If you like a STRONG taste of cloves, go right ahead but I could still really taste the flavor over everything else. Happy Easter!

Baked Penne and Smoked Sausage

This recipe is rocking! I used spicy sausage, 2 cans of cream of chicken and I put in a medley of veggies and put alt and pepper on it with garlic powder and wow! Make it for supper tonight or anytime.

Best Cream Of Broccoli Soup

Yes, I would give this a four, four and a half if I could! The only thing I did different is I used a fourth of red onion ( did not feel like peeling a whole onion and red onion was on hand ) came out...it took me a few bites to figure it out but it's almost a velvety texture to it, some florets stayed in shape but it was still so smooth down your throat! Now my soup came out a darker green than this picture on the site. But all the same, a good soup to have on the week of Saint Patrick's! Thanks you to the cook of this soup.

Easy Tilapia with Wine and Tomatoes

WOW! I just wanted to say I LOVE this! I did everything but the chopped tomato and wine ( I just didn't feel like getting out the tomatoes because I made this dish for just me and I didn't use wine, personal taste ) and it was delish! I heavily suggest this dish for anybody!

French Onion Soup V

I'm sorry, I only gave it a 3 because I will never make it again. It's basically a good soup and it will fill you up but I guess I just like the creamy version of this soup.

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo

Fantastic! I made this for supper tonight and my mother could NOT quit eating! She finally had to force herself. I just made two changes, okay, 3, I used olive oil instead of butter,didn't use mushrooms ( ugh ), didn't have romano cheese so I used mozzerella and okay, I did 4 changes, the only 'cream' I had was evaporated milk so I used that and it was SO GOOD! Made enough for leftovers for lunch tommorow. You can't go wrong with this dish.

Very good, instead of regularbread crumbs, I used Panko bread crumbs and didn't make any gravy and for a side, I made some scallop corn casserole from this site! A very good supper!

Vegetarian Tortilla Soup

This is a GREAT soup! I just saw this recipe this morning and knew I had to make it! It's awesome! I was wondering if it would be too much broth with 4 cans of veggie broth but no. Even if you didn't want this to be veggie, just make the soup as is and put in chicken or shrimp ( which I thought about doing but I'm not)

Sweet and Spicy Green Beans

This was great! A hit at this house! Some pepper steak was made for supper last night and today I fixed this for a side and wow! Only thing I did different was, I used two cans of green beans. The store didn't have any fresh; and to be honest I really don't like green beans much but these! I'll make this again.

Hm, mixed reviews in this house. I think it's good but I'm also hearing 'Don't put so much cheese in it next time!" Sheesh, I'm putting panko bread crumbs on top of the leftovers for supper.

Creamy Banana Bread

This is a pretty good banana bread, and I didn't mean to but I picked up the self-rising flour instead of AP and it came out just fine! Tasted the cinnamon more than banana I'll say.

Potato Salmon Patties

Wow! Even the crumbs are good! I made this exactly (well, except for the celery salt, I used garlic salt instead) Just a fair warning, cook it on a LOW flame or it will burn and smash it down fairly good for the middle to squish out. Really good meal with just corn for the side to me. I'll be making this sometime again.

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

I'll give this a 5 for now. I love this dish! Instead of making the flour/broth mixture, I had some homemade cream of chicken soup that I made before, used that,just added mozz cheese and parm then did everything else in the recipe exactly, it was SO good and if this is good by making this one small change, imagine people how it is doing it exactly as written!
