Yes, I would give this a four, four and a half if I could! The only thing I did different is I used a fourth of red onion ( did not feel like peeling a whole onion and red onion was on hand ) came out...it took me a few bites to figure it out but it's almost a velvety texture to it, some florets stayed in shape but it was still so smooth down your throat! Now my soup came out a darker green than this picture on the site. But all the same, a good soup to have on the week of Saint Patrick's! Thanks you to the cook of this soup.
