this recipe rocks! I added sun-dried tomatoes and a bit of water since the penne tends to soak up the liquid quickly. I opted out of the onion since the BF doesn't dig onions. Also added more feta when plating up the dish! DELISH!

Kentucky Hot Brown

This was awesome. We've been to the Brown during derby week and had these. So when I found this recipe, I was excited. What a great way to use leftover turkey. I had extra sauce left and put that over eggs the following morning!

Cauliflower Casserole

I really don't like Cauliflower much, but it was on sale, so I figured I could find a recipe here... THIS RECIPE ROCKS! OHMIGOD, I could have eaten the whole thing myself! It's so easy! No need to wait for a special occasion. Put some extra cheese ontop tho'.
