Country Apple Dumplings

I've been making these for years and they are delicious, and so easy to do!! I highly recommend trying these warm with vanilla ice cream. YUM

Easy Lemon Cookies

Very very good and so easy to make. I didn't have lemon extract so I used lemon juice and they turned out great.

I enjoyed this chicken but wouldn't call it "unbelievable". It was good, but my 25 year old son said he would have preferred his BBQ'd instead. Husband said he liked it, but I was expecting more from the name.

Chicken Quesadillas

These were so easy, I used Fajita Seasoning, added some Cumin and Taco seasoning, just used green pepper and onion only. I put some Hot Pepper Jack and Cheddar cheese on them and when they were done we used sour cream and salsa. They were very very good. A Keeper.

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

All I can say is this was EXCELLENT. I had never cooked anything this way and I have to say I was concerned, but this roast was so good, my husband loved it! You won't be sorry if you try this. Just remember to slice it thin, it will be moist and tender.
