Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2009
These cookies were amazing!! I was wondering, how can you have cookies without flour, and all the other ingredients... I had doubts.... But they were the best Peanut Butter cookies I have ever tried!! Everyone loved them.... I had to cook them for about 10 minutes at 375, other than that, wouldn't change a thing!! Thanks so much for this great recipe!

Chewy White Chocolate Chip Gingerbread Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2010
I am making these right now. I couldn't resist trying one of the first batch! I skipped rolling them in sugar, but did sprinkle some on top, but for the rest I am leaving that out as well. I was kind of nervous about trying one because the dough smelled so strong, but they are really good!! Thanks so much for this recipe, and thanks to those who advised not to roll in the extra sugar!

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2011
This crust was so easy to make! It looks really good too! I ate it but was sick and had no taste, but my husband and kids loved it and want me to make this instead of ordering out from now on! I baked it on a pizza pan with holes in the bottom, at 400 for 20 minutes, and it was cooked perfectly, no need to pre-bake the crust at all!!

Chocolate Bliss Chunk Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2010
These cookies are awesome! However I only cooked them for 8 minutes at 375 and they were hard when they cooled so I can't imagine cooking them for 12-13 minutes!

Belle's Hamburger Buns

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2011
These turned out more like a dinner bun for me, but we loved them! I made them the size stated but they were way too small so I made some just smaller than a tennis ball and they were okay to put turkey burgers on. They turned out to be a firm bun, not so soft and fluffy inside, but still good!
