My husband and I are apple, and pear orchard owners, of fifty years. I was born in Missouri, and moved to Washington State when I was fifteen.

Desserts, and entry foods. Since we own an orchard, I have learned how to bake apples, and pears any and every which way possible . . . lol.

Southern cooking mostly, although I am a vegan so, it's got to be as healthy as possible.

Jam...I didn't add enough pectin once. That's all it took, just once, and I never did that again.
