Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich with Garlic Mayo

These were yummy. I added them to the recipe box, will definitely make again...my boyfriend ate 2 and asked if there were more! leftover meat mix can be put into tortillas and eaten like fajitas....just saying. :D

Easy Morning Glory Muffins

mmm. this was so very good! i only did a couple of things different. i had everything shredded and mixed when i realized we were out of vegetable oil and applesauce, so i used margarine. i also added a dash of nutmeg and two dashes of pumpkin pie spice- which i am SO glad i did, it added a lot of flavor.

Oatmeal Chip Cookies

Yum, yum, yum! Made these to use up some extra chocolate chips. The consistency is amazing. Not too hard, not too soft. The chocolate is surprising in the oatmeal cookies, but pleasantly so! My family really enjoyed these cookies.

Three Cheese Chicken Penne Pasta Bake

This was very, very yummy! I used less spinach than called for(my boyfriend is spinach-phobic) and he reluctantly admitted he loved it- even with the spinach. I accidentally picked up a can of whole tomatoes instead of diced, so I just drained them and chopped those up, and I think the extra juices from that made the sauce a bit too runny...but it was still very, very good! This one definitely goes in the recipe box.

Garlic Bread

YUM. Perfect garlic bread, not soggy at all! I brushed the bread with melted butter and garlic, sprinkled the parsley on and sprinkled it with a little cheese then immediately popped it into the toaster oven while dinner was cooking. Very very crisp and yummy! All 8 servings were quickly devoured by my family...of 3!

Turkey Wraps

Super simple to make one at a time. Ingredients can be taken off or put on for individual taste. I haven't had one yet, but I made one for my boyfriend's lunch today, minus tomato and avocado. He LOVED it and asked for it again today.

Cheddar Beef Enchiladas

Mmm...LOVE this recipe! My family loved it too. I used Spanish rice and it was AMAZING, I was so glad I chose spanish rice instead of regular. We ate this for dinner last night and lunch today...We'll definitely be heating up those frozen ones soon!

I made this exactly as the recipe says- and it was SO good. Everyone loved it! It was very easy to make. I served it with corn on the cob, mac and cheese and potatoes. It was like a mini feast with very little effort! Definitely will make again.

Traditional Macaroni and Cheese

This was really good! I followed the recipe exactly, except I did add a bit more cheese. I will make this again, but next time will not use as much salt(my boyfriend and I found this a tad too salty) but I will definitely make it again! It's a good, simple mac and cheese recipe.

Gingerbread Men

I'm not entirely happy with this recipe. I got everything blended, but no matter what the dough was a bit dry. It rolled out alright though, it didn't crumble too much, but the end result was disappointing. It tastes good, but the texture is a bit dry. It's not so dry it's inedible, but it could definitely be better. I think the icing will redeem these cookies a good bit, though. Next time I want something like this, I'll modify the recipe a bit. It's a great recipe, I just feel like it's a little too dry.

Cinnamon-Sugar Fan Biscuits

These were okay. They tasted a little bland to me except for the filling. I did switch things up a bit, but mainly in the way that I baked them(I rolled them up and baked them in the muffin tins). the only thing I changed in the actual recipe was that I added a bit more cinnamon to the filling, which tastes awesome. This isn't too bad of a recipe, with a few changes this would be awesome, but I'll probably try a different recipe next time.

Crunchy Chicken Nuggets

Ehh....3 stars. I followed a previous reviewer's suggestions, and seasoned the chicken, dipped it in the egg whites, then Rice Krispies. The taste of the Rice Krispies were really strong. it's not a bad recipe, but its nothing without dipping sauce. I most likely will never make this again, it was a pain.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III

I brought these to Thanksgiving dinner this past year and my family kept going back for more! Very chocolatey, and the nuts added a nice crunch. I baked them a little longer than recommended because I like a nice, crisp cookie. Excellent recipe!

Pumpkin Spice Cookies

Meh. That's how I feel about these. They're OKAY, but as someone else said, they're nothing without the icing...Very bland- I don't really think of them as a cookie at all, they don't seem that way. I ended up eating these warmed up in the microwave for breakfast with a fork. They seem better as a breakfast pastry sort of thing...

Garlic Cheese Biscuits

Oh my goodness, these are so delicious!!! And so easy, too! I just whipped them up super fast and they were devoured just as quickly! I recommend these as an exciting, easy touch to any dinner!
