Red Velvet Cupcakes

Great recipe. As much as I hate when people give 5 star then say how they changed it... I am going to. Because the original recipe is good. I just use apple juice instead of orange and run it twice in my bread machine on the jam setting.

Mom's Sushi Rice

definitely the best recipe i have used yet. Make sure you microwave the vinegar mixture all together first. so it becomes homogenous. Also make sure you fan the rice off. It isnt just about a shiny color, but also about the vinegar flavor. the ingredients, ratios, and cook times are all perfect :)

Coconut-Cornflake Cookies

Would have been a 5 star if not for being way too sweet. Reduced sugar by half and it was still a little sweet. It seems to be better the second day.. seems to be less sticky. Experimented with a few adding mini-chocolate chips.. it was pretty good.
