Excellent muffins..delicious taste, great texture, nice & crunchy on top, and moist on the inside. The only changes I made were to replace the raisins with pecans, and used the large size muffin tins.

Lemon Cranberry Muffins

Excellent! I made the large size muffins, and baked them 25 minutes. I used dried cranberries, and let them sit in very hot water for 1/2 hour before adding them to plump them up. The result was a perfect muffin, which browned nicely, was very moist without being sticky, and a delicious muffin. Thanks for posting!

Awesome Blueberry Muffins

I also modified this recipe, and can happily say that they are the best muffins I've ever had/made (and I've made a myriad of different muffins). I did not have whole wheat flour, so I just used all-purpose flour. I also substituted canned dark sweet cherries in place of the blueberries.

Blueberry Loaf

This loaf was out of this world! It was the quickest, easiest breakfast bread I've ever made.. even the cleanup was minimal. I used canned bing cherries instead of blueberries.

Mango Blueberry Muffins With Coconut Streusel

I made 6 large muffins instead of 16 small, and they turned out so professional-looking and delicious. I also substituted bing cherries (the dark red ones in a can) for the blueberries & mango.. great substitution!

Simple Peanut Butter Banana Bread

Delicious.. I made it exactly as written, and it baked in precisely one hour. Perfect consistency, moist in the middle with a hard, crunchy top and you could really taste the peanut butter. I had been searching for a peanut butter muffin recipe for a long time, to no avail, so having found this recipe, it will take the place of the peanut butter muffins I was searching for.

One Egg Lemon Pound Cake

One correction: baking time is 75 minutes. Besides that, this is the best pound cake I've ever made or had.. totally out of this world! And I make over a dozen type of pound cakes. I didn't have lemon extract, so I substituted 2 teaspoons of Limoncello.

Breakfast in a Muffin

These muffins are superb .. moist on the inside, crunchy & perfectly brown on the outside, and delicious! Have made it into my top 3 (I make many different kinds of muffins). I did omit the bacon, & they were still great. The next time I make them, I will alternate tablespoonfuls of the 2 batters into the tins so the cream cheese mixture will be better distributed.

Good Morning Egg Bake

This sausage egg bake is out of this world! Quick, easy, delicious, and it browned very nicely on top. Since Campbell's Soup no longer sells Nacho Cheese Soup (where I live, anyway), I used Cheddar Cheese Soup and added a dash of hot sauce and about a teaspoon of chili powder.

Cheddar Onion Drop Biscuits

Great biscuits.. delicious! The outside had a golden brown crunchiness, and the inside is moist & very tasty! I did not have dried minced onion, so I used dried chives. The name should be changed to "Cheddar Parmesan Drop Biscuits".

Cream Cheese Bread

It was great, but the name does not accurately depict it. I'm sure that the cream cheese is what gave it its wonderful taste and texture, but since you don't taste any cream cheese, I believe it should be renamed.. like 'Melt-in-your-mouth bread' or something.

Aunt Kathy's Irish Soda Bread

This soda bread is very easy to make & very tasty. I used a standard, large size (9" long) bread loaf pan. It baked in 75 minutes, as the recipe says, and the top and sides turned out very brown & crunchy, just like we like it.

Ice Cream Muffins

Only 2 ingredients.. this is amazing! I've made these muffins exactly as the recipe says 3 times, and every time they turn out perfectly.. perfectly browned and crunchy on the outside, and very moist on the inside. They're great when you want a really good plain muffin without the sweetness of other muffins.
