Key Lime Pie VII

Absolutely delicious and easy to make! I microwaved the limes a little to make them easier to squeeze. The pie came out sweet and tart, just like a good Key lime pie should!

Very delicious and easy to make ! My boyfriend was able to do it very easily ! The only thing he found is that he needed to bake it for 30 minutes and not 15. He also wants to try it with sharp cheddar. We both loved it!

Smothered Bacon Chicken

My husband and I just loved this, and so simple ! I changed it adding 8 oz cream cheese, 8oz of sour cream, 1/2 can of corn and some leftover mozarella and parmesan cheese. I added one pouch of the always delicious Patrick Cudahy bacon bits (apple smoked yum) and it was most delicious. The chicken was so moist and it made for some wonderful left overs !

Cuban Picadillo

Deliciosa ! I substituted the cilantro for fresh oregano, added cumin and sazon with azafran. I also did one can of tomato sauce and one of tomato paste since I like soupy and also added a dash of red wine ! My picky Gringo husband just loved it !

Sweet and Spicy Sweet Potatoes

I had my husband make this for dinner since I am stuck working overtime. It was easy enough for him to follow it and the results were delicious ! We will add more of the spices since we both love very savory food.

Anniversary Chicken I

My husband loved it ! So easy to make and it was delicious. The only thing I would highly recommend is to not season it. I have a habit of seasoning meats with adobo and it was a bit salty. It still was delicious though !
