Black Bean Hummus

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2013
Subbed 2 T. EVOO for black bean juice. Lime juice instead of lemon juice. Left out cumin. Added 10 olives to food processor instead of garnishing w/them.I did use tahini. I added cilantro to food processor.

Dijon Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2012
Pretty good. I used 4 med. potatoes and cooked 2 lg. cloves of diced garlic w/potatoes the last few min. of cooking. I didn't measure the s.cream, just added maybe about 1/2 c.? I also only added maybe around 1 T. spicy brown mustard. I did stir in some milk before serving because it was a little too dry. I also added some garlic powder.

Marinated Veggies

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2010
I made it pretty much as recipe said. I added the honey the reviewers mentioned. I was a little short on lemon juice, but it was OK. We had a large batch, a double layer on grilling tray and 15-20 min. made them soft with just a little browning. Maybe try cooking a little longer to make them a little browner?

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2010
I added 3 C. black raspberries as someone suggested. I think it was too much fruit, and too little cake. Try adding only 2 C. of fruit next time.
