Crescent Bacon-Cheddar Pinwheels

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2010
It's sort of hard for this recipe to taste bad with such few ingredients. But, having said that - My family is not a fan of bacon but these were a huge hit! They were devoured before all the other appetizers. Made on Thanksgiving and plan to make again in the future. If you're looking for a simple yet tasty appetizer..this is it!

Basil Chicken over Angel Hair

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2010
Delicious! I love the balance of flavor and 'light' feel it has. My only suggestion would be to add more onions (if you like them), 3 cloves of garlic and marinate the chicken before cooking. Other than that, my husband and I loved it!!

Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2010
PERFECT..YUMM :) just as others suggested, use at least 1 tsp vanilla. I also added 1 tsp almond and they were delicious! It gave them more flavor. I used 1 stick of butter and 1/4 cup shortening and everything turned out just great! Bake for 8 minutes for soft and chewy cookies

Guacamole

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2010
Love it & so does my whole family! I get requests for this guacamole and don't ever mind making it because it takes very little time. The only part I changed was adding 3/4 C of diced onions and tomatoes instead of 1/2 C. We're lovers of both and it tasted great with the extra amount!

Mom's Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2009
AMAZING! Made exactly what the recipe called for and it was perfect. Cook time was a little longer for me..60 minutes was too short and 65 minutes seemed to be perfect. Thanks! Will use again and again and again =]

Marshmallow Treats

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2009
GREAT RECIPE! I enjoyed reading others to get some tips. Best "gooey" tips I've taken are to use 1 stick of butter, 11.5 cups of rice krispies, and 1 bag of mini marshmallows. I did not quite have a full bag so I used about 10 big marshmallows and they still turned out FABULOUS! Awesome recipe..my whole family loved them and we are not much of a marshmallow bar family!

Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2009
Yummm...I made this for my sister, mom, and fiance and they all absolutely loved it. I used ground turkey instead of chicken and they were still fabulous! These are even great the next day! Very very good enchilada's. I also like how much this recipe makes for so little ingredients required. Thanks!

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies II

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2009
I have made MANY batches of cookies and I have to say these are delicious. I changed two things that were very minor which was using 1 cup of butter and no shortening (I did not have any on hand) and i used only 6 oz of Macadamia nuts which worked out great! thanks for the recipe. will use again!

Triple Berry Crisp

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2009
Used a mixed bad of berries which always works well. My only suggestion would be to read other tips about cutting back on the sugar, brown sugar, and butter. My family LOVED this recipe and did not notice the change. They even said it may have been too sweet if I used the correct amount. (I used 1 cup packed brown sugar, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 1 cup butter) Thanks for the GREAT recipe! Will make again!

Cheesecake Bars

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2009
very DELICIOUS! There was a nice balance between crust and filling, unlike some cheesecakes where there is a quarter crust and 2 inches of cheesecake...which can be way too rich. But, not this one. I told my fiance next time I will do something about the crust because it was just a tiny nit crumbly, but he said "No don't, its great". So, maybe I won't change a thing about it. Great idea with cutting into bars also, loved that!
