Beef and Mushroom Lasagna

This is a quick and delicious version of lasagne. I have made it several times now and everyone just loves it. I sometimes add more mushrooms, fresh or canned, whatever I have on hand. Also use the whole jar of pasta sauce.

Slow Cooker Bolognese

I thought this sauce turned out great!!! I only made a few minor changes per other's suggustions. I added a bit of celery, and browned all the vegetables first. Removed, then browned a mix of ground beef and ground pork. Also at the end, I threw in a splash of red wine with the last milk addition. It was a big hit with my crew!!! Will definitely make again.

Grilled Tilapia with Mango Salsa

This recipe was quick, easy and most of all Deliscious!!!! Very refreshing on a hot summer day. I followed the recipe exactly and wouldn't change a thing. The salsa is also good with tortilla chips and I think would be great on grilled chicken as well. This will definitely become a summer regular!!!!!

Classic Texas Caviar

I made this for a Christmas Eve gathering and it was such a hit!! Everyone loved it. I made it EXACTLY as written and served with Tostitos Scoops. Deliscious!!!! We really liked the black eyed peas, try them even if you think you won't like them.

Cucumber Sandwiches III

I made these for a girls Christmas party yesterday. Everyone raved about them and took a copy of the recipe. They are delicious!!! I also used Ranch dressing as many of the others did and the Pepperidge Farm sandwich bread, the kind wrapped in white paper, cut off the crusts and into squares. A great, refreshing change for carry ins, will definitely make again and again!!!
