To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2014
These were REALLY tasty!! I followed the recipe exactly but I used frozen blueberries because fresh are out of season. The only downside is that the topping seems to come off really easily but it was still so delicious!

Biscotti

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2013
My first time making biscotti and it was a great success! It is even easier in a standing mixer. Subbed anise with almond extract and it was so delicious! Not too sweet and not rock hard like most store bought biscotti. I drizzled mine with some chocolate ganache and dipped it in coffee. This is a great basic biscotti recipe and I will definitely be playing around with it :)

So easy and delicious! I added a bit of lemon zest and about a tablespoon more sugar for my sweet tooth and it was perfect!

Spanish Flan

Reviewed: May 6, 2013
Considering how simple this recipe is it comes out great! I added 6 tbsp of water to the sugar to make the caramel sauce but that was the only modification. This came out perfectly and I received wonderful praise from my coworkers at a potluck! Thanks!

Healthier Bread Pudding II

Yum! A great recipe and very easy! Not terribly sticky sweet either. I actually used Splenda and it turned out great. Try it with a little powdered sugar sprinkled on top!

Simply the Easiest Beef Brisket

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2010
SOOOO GOOOOOD!!! I'm horking the brisket down as we speak! This was incredibly easy. I didn't have chili sauce, so I used a 10oz. can of tomato sauce, a half a packet of chili seasoning, and a few squeezes of sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. I followed the rest of the recipe to the letter. Mmmmm so yummy and tender!! I agree with another reviewer - make this in the oven! The slow cooker dries it out too much.
