Freezer Caramel Drizzle Pie

OMG this is truly delicious!! and you can freeze it for weeks or months. Instead of using graham cracker as crust, I used frozen prepared pie. it tastes like very creamy ice cream. I used fat free whipped cream and it tastes just as good! coconut is the key, make sure you have it well toasted on the pan. toast it slow and it will stay crispy for a very long time.

Eggnog Cookies I

the eggnog flavor is mild with a little nutmeg flavor which is perfect, crispy on the edge and a little chewy in the center...so delicious. it took me 30 min of baking to have the bottoms turn light brown.

Slow Cooked Corned Beef for Sandwiches

I bought uncooked corned beef with spices and boil it for 6-8 hours then followed the recipe exactly. I had the beef with rye bread grilled with butter, it was the best corned beef sandwich i ever had.

Caramel Popcorn

I made this last weekend, and the popcorn were gone in two days. My boyfriend and I ate them all! I made my own popcorn using peanut oil and popcorn maker and follow the rest of the recipe. I'm planning to make it as a christmas gift. Thanks for sharing.
