Even though this took a lil bit of extra work.. It was WORTH it!! Im not that big of a fan of lasagna but this recipe made me a lover of lasagna... I took some of the reviewers advice like adding some red wine, using fresh ingredients, and letting it sit for a few hours before cooking.. Also i didnt have ricotta chesse so i used cottage chesse... it was YUMMY !! i will definately make this again... thanks for the recipe!!
