I've tried many, and this is exellent! Microwaving makes it easier, and being able to use dry roast peanuts rather than the raw ones means I always have what I need on hand. Thanks! (and my dad the peanut brittle fanatic thanks you!) Tasted some Amish peanut brittle and it can't hold a candle to this. I guess they are missing out not having microwaves and allrecipes.com! :-)
