Fried Plantains

Very good, still working on how long to let them ripen. However, I cooked them in coconut oil. Pretty good.

Guacamole

This was the 2nd time I tried making guacamole and my first time using this particular recipe. I loved it! So I made it a few days later for some friends. They couldn't stop saying how much they loved it.
