Country Fried Steak and Milk Gravy
Not my favorite, but the bf loved it. I thought the gravy could use more flavor. Added garlic and onion powder to flour.

Scalloped Potatoes and Onions
Added minced fresh garlic in the potato layers. Put cheese on top for last 20 min and covered. Thought there were going to be way too many potatoes, but it turned out perfect.

Sarah's Spinach Side Dish
Wish I could give it 3.5 stars. Would probably be better with cream, sauteed garlic, and grated parm mixed in. Could also add red pepper flakes.
