Pasta with Tomato and Bacon

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2009
My husband didn't expect to like this but he really did. It wasn't very saucy, but over all really tasty. I used diced tomatoes instead of stewed.

Easy Decadent Truffles

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2009
I made these for a Valentine's Day present, everyone thought they were great. I dipped some in coconut, cinnamon, melted peanut butter chips, powdered sugar. It was fun. They were great kept in the freezer.

The Best Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2009
Very yummy. My husband love it too. I like the steak sauce, used A1. I have made different meatloaf recipes, but really like this one. It was moist, and had a zing. I didn't use the green peppers, but everything else.

Slow Cooker Ham

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2008
This recipe is good for ham sandwiches but not for a nice dinner. I would choose to put the ham in the oven next time for a nice sit down dinner. The taste was sweet with a spiral honey baked ham bone in.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2008
My husband loved this soup. I modified the recipe and used cream of chicken soup as the stock and thickening agent and a can of milk. I just added the butter straight to the soup instead of making the creamy thickening agent on the side. Also added carrots and celery seed instead of celery. Worked out great for ham leftovers! Yum!

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2008
I had company over and made this recipe. It was a hit everyone loved it including my 13 month old son. Though I have to agree with other reviewers the sauce is watery. However for me that wasn't a big deal, because the chicken is so flavorful you can strain the sauce.
