Creamy Ranch Chicken and Rice

This chicken did taste very good, but as I suspected it was too salty. The dressing mix has a lot of sodium.

This salad is definitely missing something. Next time I make it I will add additional spices. You could also be creative and add a lot of different veggies, like green pepper, black olives, etc.

DO NOT put the jelly in the cookies while cooking, the jelly gets too hot and puts a hole in the cookie.

Snickerdoodles II

I only gave this recipes 4 stars because I changed a few things just for my preference. I do not like using shortening in any recipes, so I used butter and 2 tsp vanilla. I omitted the cream of tartar completely since I like my cookies softer (as others suggested). The dough was sticky so I put the bowl in the refrigerator, much easier to roll into balls. They turned out awesome, definitley will be making again.

Stuffed Shells I

I liked this recipe but needs meat. When I make shells I always add a sweet italian sausage and hamburger mixture to the shells. I add the meat mixture in the shells then add everything else on top.
