Cranberry Orange Stuffing Crusted Chicken

For a basic chicken recipe, my family thought this was great. I used orange marmalade and couldn't taste it so I'm going to use more next time. But even without that it was a great blend of flavors and textures.

Parmesan Baked Potatoes

Penne with Chicken and Asparagus

Nice light recipe. I added asparagus and mushrooms; definitely needed the flavor of the mushrooms. For the leftovers, I actually saute more asparagus and mushrooms (with lots of garlic) and added it. I'd make again.

Pork Chops with Onions and Apples

We made this last night and it was delicious. So refreshing. I really want to make it again tonight! I cut back on the amount of onion but I wish I hadn't - next time I'm going to add more because they were delicious. I used a sweet yellow onion.

Cajun Chicken Pasta

Made it for the first time tonight and it was delicious! Mine didn't thicken up either (but I was in a hurry) so I just added some milk/corn starch. It was a quick and delicious meal!

Boneless Buffalo Wings

Best Ever Banana Bread

This is simply delicious. I followed the recommendation of another reviewer and sprinkled the tops with cinnamon & sugar. DELICIOUS. I split it into 4 tiny loaf pans and baked for 40 minutes. For two of them I added a handful of semi-sweet chips. My husband said this is the best banana bread he's ever had and I have to agree.

Pumpkin Pie Squares

I followed this recipe to the T (although I had to cook mine 40+ minutes after I added the pumpkin mixture) and it was delicious! For those concerned about not enough dough for the crust... just crumble up the dough in your hand as you spread it over the pan. Then press the dough into the pan like you would rice krispy bars. Using that method the dough was a perfect fit for the 9x12 pan. It wasn't a surprise that it had to cook longer, a pumpkin pie which is only slightly deeper than this normally cooks for 40-50 minutes. We will definitely make this again!

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II

Our family loves this recipe. I always make a double batch. After making it a number of times, I've made the following changes: I add steamed chopped carrots, decrease the pepper & onion. I also double the egg, but these are all just personal preferences. The recipe itself was delicious! I think I might just have to make it again tonight.

Broccoli, Rice, Cheese, and Chicken Casserole

I made this as instructed except I used chicken breasts. I did cut back on the amount of cheese as it seemed excessive. I'm sorry, but it just wasn't good. I ate two bites. It was way too cheesy and just not tasty at all. My daughter and husband finished there's but asked that this recipe NOT be made again.

Baked Potato Skins

These are fabulous!! I'd say they are equal to the ones at our favorite restaurant. BTW, if you want to make them more substantial... you can also add shredded chicken and a little BBQ sauce to the filling. When we first had them at the restaurant with BBQ I didn't think I would like it - now I prefer them that way! Thank you for an outstanding recipe.

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

First I'll start by saying I love artichoke/spinach/parmesan dips... I order them in restaurants all the time. LOVE them. So I was excited to make this one. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. I cut the recipe in 1/2 and made it exactly as stated. Then I did it again, replacing 1/8 c of the mayo with sour cream. I thought both of them were horrible. And my guests must have agreed - they each tried it and left it on their plate.
