Three-Cheese Jumbo Shells
I didn't have ricotta so I used sour cream, didn't have ground beef so I used ground turkey, didn't have tomato paste/bouillon so I used spaghetti sauce. Deleted water since I used the spaghetti sauce, added garlic salt to both the turkey and the noodles post stuffing. YUM-O! Everyone LOVED it! Thanks for the idea though I massacred the recipe. I stayed with the concept and the recipe outline and it turned out fantastic.
