Spicy Sausage and Rice Casserole

Everyone really liked this after I made a few changes! I like a little spice but this was way to hot! I used mild saugage and then added one teaspoon of crushed red pepper! I also added some more chicken stock as it cooked! I cooked it on top of the stove! It was easier that having to check the oven to make sure it wasn't getting dry! I am going to make it this weekend for about 18 people and I think I will do it in the oven! It is delicious with less spice! I couldnt even taste anything with the hot sausage! it has a great flavor with the mild and you can always add more pepper flakes if you want a little more heat!

Fresh Asparagus Risotto

My first time making risotto!!! I found this to be delicious! But as one other reviewer said, be prepared to stand and stir for a while. Next time I am going to add muchrooms! Everybody loved it!!

I made 12 jars of these and every that has baked tham said they turned out very good! Everyone loved having to just add the wet ingredients! I will make these again next Christmas.

Great-Aunt Nina's Noodles and Chicken

This was excellent! I found it was plenty done in about 6 hrs. The chicken was falling apart. First time I have ever made any kind of noodles. It was fun! Everyone loved it! I definitely will make it again!

Creamy Chicken Asparagus Casserole

It was okay, but needs something to jazz it up a little bit. I added a little chicken broth as it was too thick. Also, if I make it again, I won't put the asparagus in until about 5 min before it is through baking. I prefer my asparagus a littlecrunchy. I didnt cook it at all until it went in the oven and it was still slightly overcooked. How about a little curry and fresh mushrooms?
