About this Cook
I'm a model and a student. I love to make sweets (because I love to eat them!!). I also like adding something sweet to someone's day to put a smile on their face.
My favorite things to cook
I like making stir-frys. If I have a bunch of non-sense in my fridge, I just throw them all together with some herbs in a fry pan and add rice-- tada! I also like making muffins. It's another food I can make where I can add anything.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Every good friday my Grandma makes a HUGE pot of dough. She makes the dough and lets it rise while I prepare it into braids, rolls, cinnamon rolls, fried dough etc... bake it off and butter the top.
My cooking triumphs
My dad and I once made a blue cheese souffle and a chocolate souffle. I felt adventurous that day and dragged him along for the ride. The souffle was good, I would not make it again (not my taste) but it's cool to be able to say that I made a souffle!
My cooking tragedies
none thus far.. we'll see how making bread goes though.. wish me luck!

Garlic Cheddar Chicken
My Fiance loved it, but I wasn't very wow-ed by it. Like other raters said, it is a great base recipe. Just not my cup of tea. Very easy to make though.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
Yummyy, Very easy to roll out, cut out, and put on cookie sheet. I kept the sugar as is because my boyfriend is diabetic, and it still was delicious!

Banana Muffins II
I just finished making these muffins and they are so good! I put two eggs instead of one by accident, but I don't notice anything catastrophic. I also cut down on the sugar. It has very good banana flavor! I also added the tsp vanilla, cinnamon, and a bit of nutmeg. Thanks for the recipe, I'm going to have another!
