Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Delicious! Used Chicken broth instead of beer, and used Pinto bean's instead of black beans, all in all, very good! I did the calorie count on the recipe on the recipe calorie counter on Spark People and found it to be 260.2 Calories, which is lower than the suggested on this site, I went half way with 300 for my calorie counter.

Alfredo Sauce

This was delicious. I also added a glove of smashed garlic and a scoop of cream cheese. Yummy! Made with breaded chicken :)

Pie Crust IV

This is a good simple pie crust. Works well with single crust pies, but wouldn't suggest it for double crusted pies.

The Whole Jar of Peanut Butter Cookies

By far some of the best peanut butter cookies I have ever made. My co-workers loved them and I may have had a tad to many for breakfast. I added a little cinnamon for a fall affect..it went well!

Turtle Bread

I never ate this bread, but it was one of the best I've worked with as far as kneading goes, and the ratio of bread/liquid. The turtle came out adorable, and no one could bring themselves to eat him.

Molten Chocolate Cakes With Sugar-Coated Raspberries

These were good, and I made them twice, but both times I felt like it was missing something. Next time I think I will try to add a little Vanilla or Almond for some extra flavor, and possibly cook it a little longer so it is less molten.

Pumpkin Spice Cake I

These were VERY good. Everyone loved them. I'm not a huge fan of pumpkin, but I think these were prefect. Reminded me a lot of bananna bread. Instead of using a bundt pan, I cut the recipie in half and made 12 miniture ones. Perfect for snacking.

Favorite Banana Blueberry Quick Bread

I just made this, and it's quite delicious. I think next time I'll try substituting the Apple sauce, so it's a little healthier (and I assume you really won't notice in this type of bread?). I also will be adding some Vanilla, and probally some Cinnamon. Overall good base recipe, and I know my daughter (who is 2, and loves all thing blueberry) will love this tommorow morning.

Chocolate Cheesecake III

I thought this cheesecake was pretty good. I made half of the batch, and made a layered cheesecake. (Fudge Cake, Cheesecake, Homemade Whip Cream, Ganache.) I liked it quite a bit, but I wish there was a little something extra to take away from the strong cream cheese taste I noticed. (I like cheesecake, but not very strong cheesecake).

Very Chocolate Ice Cream

Very good ice cream. I like that the egg get's cooked, and I love the chocolate. I didn't really like the grainness that came from the chocolate that was melted into it, but it was still good, perfect for any chocolate lover.

Streusel Topped Blueberry Muffins

Yummyy. I did feel as if they were missing 'something' but I'm not quite sure what it was. I also had trouble with the crumb topping, so I just added some butter, and it came together a little more. I'll make these again though, maybe with a few tweaks. Good Muffin!

Brownie Caramel Cheesecake

Can you say Yumm? I'm not a huge plain cheescake person (I don't love cream cheese) but I liked this alot. It's the first cheesecake I've ever made and it came out perfect. I ate it when it was still warm, and I think ti will be alot better today because it will be set all the way. Great Recipie. Next time I might try flavoring the cheesecake itself, maybe with chocolate swirls, etc.
