Apricot Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2009
I changed the recipe up a bit because I couldn't find apricot preserves in the store. I used peach instead, and grand marnier instead of sherry. My pork tenderloin wasn't dry at all, and the sauce adds everything you could want.

Lip-smacking Popcorn Concoction

Reviewed: May 30, 2009
I used captain crunch in this for a lot of extra color! Also, instead of almond slivers, which was $5 for a 2 ounce bag at the store, I substituted for candied pecans. After I laid the popcorn out to harden, I drizzled some dark chocolate all over the pan to create a great striped effect. This is a wonderful recipe, which is highly flexible for just about what ever sweet and salty snacks you want to put in it - definitely great for parties (and sweet tooth's)

Sweetened Whipped Cream

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2010
I add a bit more vanilla and powdered sugar to taste depending on what I'm making. This is an extremely flexible recipe.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2012
While I love the softness, I can taste the artificial flavors in the pudding mix. Maybe I'll try a more natural mix next time :)

Greek Lemon Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2009
This turned out way too sour for our tastes, but we tempered it with some heavy whipping cream and it was delicious after that.

My family makes these cookies all the time. There is no better recipe for chocolate chip cookies! Make some Oreo stuffed chocolate chip cookies with this recipe, you won't regret it!

Best Brownies

Reviewed: May 19, 2011
This recipe is great! I have made it a few times exactly as directed. It makes a nice cakey type brownie, not chewy at all for those of you who like that type (I do, but this recipe is so good who cares?). Every time I make them and give them out to my friends or associates, someone tells me that even though they don't normally like chocolate, they LOVE these brownies. The icing is unnecessary in my opinion, the first time I made these I left it off and they were perfect, the second time I added the icing to give to a friend, and I felt it made the brownies just a bit too sweet.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2009
This was very yummy, I doubled the recipe but otherwise kept it the same and blended it all together in my kitchenaid mixer. I'm only giving this a 4/5 because I feel like the spices could have been a bit stronger. Next time I will add just a bit more of each seasoning. Otherwise it was very moist, so much in fact I would call this more of a cake than a bread.

Cream Cheese Frosting II

Great Recipe, and as "advertised" it is not entirely sweet, but nicely cheesy. Easy to make, and has a great consistency.
