This recipe sounded good but I don't like mushrooms. One of the reviewers used spinach in place of them so that's what I tried and everybody loved it. My daughter even ate the spinach -- first time ever to eat it!! The chicken was tender and delicious.

Oh my gosh my kids flipped over this! Like other reviewers I didn't add the cheese. In my oven 25 minutes was plenty -- I think I'll even cut it by a couple of minutes next time. But no matter, it was eaten right up with requests for MORE!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Fantastic! No need to butter the cookie sheet. These are just as the name suggests... Big, Fat and CHEWY!! I put the dough in the fridge for a while before baking.

Quick and Easy Vegetable Soup

Very good and easy. My only suggestion is to add the cajun seasoning slowly and keep tasting it. I put too much in and it was too spicy so I just added more chicken broth and V8 and it was fine.

Grilled Lemon Chicken

Fantastic! I doubled the marinade and marinated the chicken for about 7 hours. It was super tender and tasty and everybody loved it. I didn't add the red pepper and don't think it needed it.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

Tasty! I doubled everything in the sauce except for the balsamic vinegar and we thought it was perfect. I too skipped the whole dredge in flour step.

Hasty Chocolate Pudding

Creamy chocolate heaven. I made it over the stovetop instead of the microwave and added butter as others suggested. Turned out great and will make it again soon.

Chickpea Salad II

This is a great summer salad! The longer it sits the better it gets so I will make it a day before I need it from now on. We ate it all before I realized I forgot the Parmesan cheese but it was still delicious!

Boston Iced Tea

This is really good. Can't wait to try it with other frozen juices. I could only find cranberry juice cocktail so I didn't use any sugar at all and thought it was perfect but I don't like very sweet drinks.

Grilled Sausage with Potatoes and Green Beans

I know this is probably better on the grill but had to settle for a pot on the stove and it was still outstanding! Put everything in the pot and covered it -- used three cans of green beans instead of fresh-- and wow! So much flavor for such a quick, easy, inexpensive meal.

Chocolate Cobbler

Yummy... the only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was that it was a little too sweet (not that it stopped us from eating every last crumb). I will cut back on the sugar next time.
