Caramel Bars

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2006
Loved these! I used a 9x9 pan but followed all other directions exactly as stated (actually I think I used more chocolate chips than recipe called for) and they were awesome! Using a smaller pan I still didn't need to adjust the baking time at all. If you use a 9x13 I think you'll have a difficult time spreading the crust across the bottom.

Meatloaf with Fried Onions and Ranch Seasoning

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2006
Delicious! I got the wrong size french fried onions so I didn't have enough for what the recipe called for but it was delicious anyhow. Next time I'll use the right size though!

It is actually cold in south florida so I decided to make soup and I'm glad I picked this one! Followed the recipe exactly but next time will add garlic and beans.

My family loves chocolate fudge but I thought I'd make this also... excellent! The peanut butter fudge was gone long before the chocolate!

Baked Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2005
These were very good and will make them again. I only baked an hour total and used cooking wine and didn't think the wine was overpowering at all. Followed directions exactly except for the cooking time.

Pesto Chicken Florentine

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2005
This was great! I love spinach so I put in a bag and a half. None of us thought it was too much spinach so next time I'll just use two full bags. In fact this is the first time EVER that my 12 year old son would even look at spinach, let alone eat it, and he loved it! This recipe will be used often at our house!

Napa Cabbage Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2005
This was good but maybe just little too sweet for us. I also cooked the crunchies on the stove top. I will make this again though and just use less sugar. Some people complained that the next day it was soggy but I actually thought it was better the next day! The crunchies weren't real crunchy by then but overall it was tastier.
