About this Cook
My name is Danielle. I am a navy wife of 4 years and counting and together we have a one year old little boy, Ethan. I love to cook and bake. The holidays are my favorite because of all the cooking I get to partake in. I am also a Pampered Chef consultant. I love it because I get to cook for others, improve my own cooking skills, learn new recipes and get to play with all sorts of cookware.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
This recipe is awesome!! I read other reviews before making this and I did as follows: After reading another users reviews, I doubled the recipe. I did let the eggs set out and come to room temperature and I heated up the milk in the microwave just enough to take the chill off. I used 1/8 cup sugar, a whole stick of butter fully melted, 4 Tbsp baking powder and 3/4 tsp salt. I also added a splash of vanilla. I mixed wet ingredients and dry ingredients separate. Let the mixture sit about 10 minutes before pouring onto griddle. These are delicious! I will never again buy pancake mix!

Creamy Hot Chocolate
This is a MUST for holidays at my house! Everyone who attends our Thanksgiving and Christmas get togethers expects there to be a pot of homemade creamy hot chocolate on the stove already made and ready to pour into mugs. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful recipe to add as a tradition to our home :)

Sweet Restaurant Slaw
HOLY MOLY! Awesome slaw! This coming from a country raised Georgia girl who only eats my memaw's slaw! Everyone who eats it has rave reviews! The only things I do different are, instead of raw onions, I just throw in minced onion because it's on hand and I do not add the poppy seeds. Best slaw ever! So glad I found this recipe!
