Hong Kong Style Egg Tarts
perfect. i baked the tarts in pie pans, after a hankering for egg pie. found that making a wash over the edge of the crust made it nice and crunchy texture. hits the spot for a midnight snack :)

Cream Tea Cakes
These cookies are very gooey, very subtle. I used butterscotch pudding instead of vanilla for excitement, and came out amazing. The cookies needed more time though, felt like 22 min rather than 10 min.

Cream of Mushroom Soup
very simple. amazing. omitted the onion and butter, simply used the mushroom and some oil, sauted and poured some of the broth into the saute pan, then poured back into the soup.
