Hong Kong Style Egg Tarts
perfect. i baked the tarts in pie pans, after a hankering for egg pie. found that making a wash over the edge of the crust made it nice and crunchy texture. hits the spot for a midnight snack :)

Cream Tea Cakes
These cookies are very gooey, very subtle. I used butterscotch pudding instead of vanilla for excitement, and came out amazing. The cookies needed more time though, felt like 22 min rather than 10 min.

Ricotta Gnocchi
Amazing. So simple and quick. Such a streamline recipe and extra salt was not needed in the sauce. Used a pipe of preformed basil instead of fresh basil due to availability, and still came out so fresh! Thank you for the great recipe!
