Chicken Breasts with Lime Sauce

I made this last night and loved it, but I made it a little differently. Instead of using the ingredients to make a sauce to go on top, I mixed the egg, olive oil, 3 tbsp butter, 3 tbsp chicken broth, chives, 1/2 tsp ginger (as recommended below), and fresh juice from two limes to make a marinade. I cut the breasts in half and pounded them down to make cutlets, then marinated them for an hour before breading them and cooking them in the skillet. I also mixed in a little salt (made them really flavorful!) and flour with the bread crumbs -- they turned out fantastically!
