Super Moist Pumpkin Bread
Recently, I've had to go off all dairy, gluten, soy, egg, and many other things. I've had trouble finding 'treats' to get me through. This is the yummiest bread! I had to substitute the flour for gluten free flour, and coconut oil for vegetable oil. I also omitted the coconut flakes and nuts. I added about a cup of Enjoy Life chocolate chips. What a yummy treat! I've made muffins(which are so good!) mini loaves and regular loaves and they are all good! Thank you!

Zucchini Pizza Bake
This was great. I cook for 4 families(my own included) once a week and I made this with zucchini's from our garden. I followed the recipe (except I just used pizza sauce instead of Italian-style tomatoes) I didn't end up using all of the Monterey Jack Cheese either. It was delicious! We had no leftovers! I was able to make half for adults and half for kids just like you would a pizza with toppings and what a great way to use your garden zucchini!!! I will definitley make again!

Mom's Zucchini Bread
Made just as the recipe states(other than walnuts) and it was perfect! Super moist, kids ate it up! Thank you to the tip NOT to strain the zuchinni...I think in the past that was why I did not love the bread. Thank you for a keeper!
