Brussels Sprouts Gratin

Thanks for the idea to start me thinking. I used mushrooms, onion, crushed fresh garlic, left over chicken breast, and lite alfredo sauce from a jar. We served it over brown rice...........yummy!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Just what I was looking for and love to see the variations. I added green onion. I'm going to use this as a marinade for 24 hrs., then reduce it to use as a sauce after I BBQ the chicken or flank steak.
