The Best Chicken Fried Steak

I have been trying to make the perfect Chicken Fried Steak for years and could never master it for some reason...until I tried this recipe. EXCELLENT! My husband and kids loved it.

Mini Meatloaves

The best review comes from my kids. They devour this meatloaf and take leftovers to lunch the next day! The only change I make is that I use lean/organic ground turkey. Still tastes excellent!

We made these exactly as the recipe called and they were out of this world! So dense and moist. My kids devoured the twelve that this recipe made and then asked for more. I have to make double batches from now on.

Peppermint Biscotti

I had to make three batches of this at Christmas! I didn't have the peppermint extract but it turned out fantastic without it. I didn't use dark chocolate to dip them in. I used white chocolate instead and sprinkled with the dusty part of the crushed peppermints. Fantastic. I will be making these for Valentine's!
